Hi, I’m Alessio. I was born in 1983 in Italy and have been lucky enough to live in different countries including the UK, Germany and Canada (Québec) for several years now.

This small space is dedicated to my vegan creations, where natural foods are the most important ingredient. None of the recipes will contain products of animal origin and therefore suitable for all, vegans and curious ones.

Everything that I will propose is obviously largely influenced by my childhood in Italy and the time spent in other countries. A strong presence of recipes inspired by macrobiotics and traditional Asian dishes will appear, in particular the cuisine of Japanese Buddhist temples, Shōjin ryōri.
